Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey

Saturday, April 4th // 5pm to 6:30pm

Join Madelyn, a somatic practitioner, expanded-state facilitator and yoga instructor trained in mindfulness-based psychedelic therapeutic work. During this 90 minute offering, Madelyn will guide you through a flowing, circular breath practice. With intentional music and a supportive space you are invited to expand your awareness and heal from within.

Conscious-Connected Breathwork Journey is a transformational practice in which breathers intentionally link the inhale and exhale without pause, creating a rhythmic flow of breath. This form of breathwork serves as a bridge between the body and mind, enabling one to move from conscious to subconscious terrain. Here, the exploration of inner landscapes and integration of what is held in the physical body may occur.

Consciously altering our breath in a guided and supportive space can help to unwind these tension patterns assisting us to release, regulate and build internal resilience.

Conscious Connected Breathwork acts as a catalyst for expanded awareness, helping us step beyond the routines and habits of the mind.

It’s like a zoom out button, offering fresh perspectives on ourselves, relationships and life’s situations.

Through the breath, we can tap into our inner wisdom, intuition and creativity.

What you can expect:

• A grounding introduction and light movement preparation

• 60 min Guided conscious connected breathwork practice

• Time and space for integration

• A post-session email (includes playlist and integration prompts and post-session care)
