Spring Yin & Sound Bath Series

with Chelsea

Join Chelsea for these 90-minute journeys into deep rest and renewal. Through the grounding practice of yin yoga, supported by the healing vibrations of a sound bath, we’ll soften into stillness and turn inward. These gatherings are more than a pause — they are an invitation to land gently, be held by sound, and create spaciousness within.

No experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to receive. All are welcome. Tea will be provided after class. Props will be provided, but feel free to bring any additional items essential to your comfort.

Studio will be cozy but not heated.

Mobility + Asana Workshop

with Tawni

Join Tawni for a two hour full body mobility and yoga asana (postures) extended practice.

This workshop is designed as an introduction to mobility work and how you can incorporate this into your practice with the intention to improve your range of motion, joint health and help our body move and feel better.

Targeting tension in and around our joints, this practice will improve flexibility, relieve discomfort in the body and deepen your brain-body connection. Improving your mobility not only helps mitigate future injuries, it gives your body the ability to move with more freedom, allowing you to move in the ways you need and want to move.

There will be moments of learning (feel free to bring a notebook) with the majority of our time focusing on controlled, dynamic movement and targeted mobility exercises. We will end in supported shapes with aromatherapy and feel-good hands on assists to soothe the nervous system.
