Class Styles

  • Power Vinyasa

    Dynamic. Fluid. Energizing.

Power Vinyasa classes offer dynamic, energetic flows with an emphasis on connecting your breath with movement. Each class offers a unique sequence, set to a curated playlist. The intention of this class is to build strength, flexibility and focus. Energizing and nourishing, Power Vinyasa will increase your physical and mental stamina. This practice detoxifies the body, invigorates the nervous system, and clears the mind.

  • Slow Power

    Mindful. Rejuvenating. Strong.

Slow Power offers creative flows taught at a slower pace giving you the time and space to build strength, improve balance, and focus on the present moment. Each class will offer a unique focus and curated playlist. You’ll move mindfully with intensity and effort. The intention of this class is to challenge the body and encourage breath awareness.

Heated between 96-98 degrees. Intensity and style vary by teacher. Some yoga experience recommended, but suitable for all levels.

  • Vinyasa

    Focused. Balanced. Grounded.

Vinyasa in Sanskrit is translated “to place in a special way,” or can be thought of as the union between breath and movement. This class is led at a steady, moving flow, combining the fluidity from pose to pose, with intentional transitions, longer holds, and space for meditative movement and breathwork. The intention of this class is to build strength, stability, and flexibility in the body, while encouraging mental focus and introspection.

Heated between 96-98 degrees. Intensity & style vary by teacher. Suitable for all levels.

  • Friday Flow

    Creative. Dynamic. Connected.

This class is a passion of our founder, Tawni, to offer a class that is like her own practice at home. Our Friday Flow class is similar to our Power Vinyasa class with some added spice.

The playlist is fun, the volume is turned up, and vibes are good. Our intention is to get lost in the music and just flow.

Power Vinyasa classes offer dynamic, energetic flows with an emphasis on connecting your breath with your movement.

Heated 96-98 degrees. Yoga experience recommended.

  • Vinyasa + Yin

    Balanced. Stabilizing. Harmonious.

The intention of this class is to balance our yang (active) and yin (passive) energies. This class will be split between a more active, vinyasa flow and a calming yin practice. An energetic, dynamic flow warms the muscles and builds heat allowing mind, body, and heart to settle into the stillness and meditative energy of a yin practice. You’ll leave feeling calm, refreshed, and rejuvenated.

Heated at 80-85 degrees. Suitable for all levels.

  • Candlelit Yin

    Supportive. Relaxing. Mindful.

Yin is an ancient yoga practice focusing on the connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones and fascia. It is great way to balance our more yang (active) practice and lifestyles. We will follow the three principles of Yin yoga guiding students to find their edge, encourage stillness, and hold each pose for 3-5 minutes. Each student will feel supported and grounded with the use of props, a calming playlist, and time to just be. The intention is to relax, restore, and renew your physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.

Heated 80-85 degrees. Suitable for all levels.

  • Mobility & Asana Flow

    Functional. Exploratory. Embodied.

Mobility & Asana Flow blends yoga asana (postures) and functional mobility training to help you move with more strength, control, and ease. Through intentional sequences, you’ll explore functional movement patterns designed to improve body control,  increase range of motion, and stabilize joints. You can expect a balance of dynamic asana, targeted mobility drills, and grounding practices to support the nervous system. Together, we’ll work on creating sustainable movement patterns, expanding space in the body, and cultivating deeper body awareness, on and off the mat.

Heated between 85-90 degrees. Intensity and style vary by teacher. Suitable for all levels.
