Our Mission & Approach

Our mission is to create a community of like-hearted students, seekers of radical acceptance, and those who strive to live with intent. We are committed to holding a supportive, safe space for every(body) to explore, discover, and play, no matter where they are on their journey, both on and off the mat.

We offer creative, mindful, and heart-felt yoga in various styles ranging from Power Vinyasa to Restorative. We believe yoga is not only a practice on the mat, but a way of life. Our goal is to honor the traditional teachings of yoga in a modern and approachable way, while encouraging our students to live with the same intention they have on the mat, off the mat. Each class is set to curated playlists, linking our breath to movement, allowing each student to cultivate a deep sense of connection between mind, body, and heart. Each teacher offers their own unique approach, weaving in a unique intention, or focus, throughout class. Creativity and authenticity are encouraged. Our vibe is open, friendly, and positive. Our goal is for each student to be met exactly as they are, whether they are just starting their yoga journey, or are seasoned in their practice.

The Studio

We are located on the corner of Broadway and Dupont, in Broadway Station. Conveniently located between the Columbia and Lettered Streets neighborhoods, we have ample street parking and two bike racks.

The space is light, clean, and modern. Our state-of-the-art infrared heating system offers a more therapeutic approach to hot yoga with increased flexibility and circulation, detoxifying sweat, and pain relief. Our boutique carries high quality Manduka yoga mats, props, and Intent merchandise clothing, as well as carefully selected local wellness products. We have a shower and restroom facilities. Our patio space is open to students in the warmer months.

Our space is open to all who value community and connection. We practice radical acceptance of self and others. We aspire to cultivate community and connection through shared experiences of group classes, workshops, and retreats.
